Extending Our Reach: Building Sustainable Futures Together (via Zoom)

Do you work in an organisation or company contributing to sustainability, climate solutions or social justice projects? And want to extend your personal and cooperative impact together with other people and teams with the same inspiring goals?

In this highly interactive workshop (filled with playful exercises and games) you will learn key concepts and skills such as:
- Iterative approach to design and implementation of projects and solutions
- Short feedback loops and the power of different viewpoints on any topic
- Become a more skilful collaborator with your team mates and other teams
- Embrace a culture of retrospection and adaptability
- Come along to this workshop for some serious play!
- Network, meet likeminded people and leave with practical takeaways, ready to apply in your own projects and teams.

Your hosts are Edina Kuki and Mark Russell, who are also hosting sessions of “The Week” during EcoFest 2024.

You are in good company! Edina and Mark are experienced Agile Coaches with 14 years of combined experience coaching individuals and teams to more collaborative and effective ways of working together, on work that matters.

This event is part of EcoFest, an annual month-long festival taking place Friday 15 March – Sunday 14 April 2024. Inspiring climate action across Tāmaki Makaurau, it is hosted in collaboration by EcoMatters, Kaipātiki Project, Beautification Trust and Waiheke Resources Trust, and proudly supported by Auckland Council.
