Festival of Christmas: Books at the Bar

Hey introverts! Let's be alone together! Join Mrs Blackwell at The White Swan for our first Reading Party: unlike a book group which often involves awkward chat, this is an evening quietly reading in a bar with others.

Bring your book, buy a beverage and enjoy an hour of uninterrupted reading time with like-minded souls. Afterward, you can quietly slip out the door (we won't judge), or stay and engage in some not-so-small talk with your fellow readers. We'll break the ice with some giveaways and we promise the whole thing will be an introverts delight!

Arrive from 5:30pm, reading start at 6pm.
