Bodymindfulness is a series of four classes where you will learn techniques to increase your awareness of bodily sensations. This is similar to vipassana style body scans, although the method is different from what is commonly taught.
Bodymindfulness provides a foundation for the deeper mindfulness work of unpacking subconscious reactive patterns. This course will be helpful and supportive for anyone who is engaged in psychotherapy or trauma work.
The programme includes classes, recorded meditations and an integration workbook.
