Yoga teacher - Tracy Adshead, will be teaching yoga for creativity. Fiona, your host, guide and contact for the day. Reem, your art instructor- showing you many wonderful ways to paint with watercolours.
There's no need to know to how draw, paint or practice yoga as this retreat is designed to make the experince accessible and fun for all! The size of the group is limited to 12 people.
