Vegetarian alternatives can only be arranged on request by prior arrangement, please indicate if you or your party require vegetarian dishes when booking. Please note that no other dietaries can be catered for at this event.

If you wish to be seated with a group of existing ticket holders please indicate their names in the booking comments.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Please note, a $1 pre-authorization may appear on your credit card statement as part of the booking process.

- The full reservation amount will be charged to the provided credit card on November 15th.

- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are free of charge.

- For bookings made within 14 days of the event, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

- Refunds are not available once full payment has been made.

- If you need to cancel between November 15th and 5:00 PM on November 28th, your reservation amount will be held in credit for 18 months, which can be redeemed for food and beverage at Artisan Restaurant.

- No credits will be issued for cancellations made after 5:00 PM on November 28th or for no-shows.
