Aerial Yoga Release & Restore with Floating Meditation

Join us for a rejuvenating hammock session incorporating Aerial Yoga Release & Restore and Floating Meditation.

Aerial Yoga Release & Restore uses a low hammock (no inversion) you will be guided through some slow flowing movements and stretches designed to improve range of motion and release any excess muscle tension. The hammock will allow you to access positions not possible in mat based class as well as being used a a massage tool.

We will finish with a 20min floating meditation where you will be cocooning in the aerial hammock which surrounded by relaxing sounds.
