Auckland Central Volleyball Club Presents Indoor Volleyball Training!

Start strong & stay strong with these training sessions, leading up to competitive team trials! We will review the basic skills involved in indoor volleyball, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the game, and hopefully having some fun while we’re at it!

This series is for teen & adult players ages 16+.

Sunday nights: Beginners Levels 1/2, 7-8:30 pm, 4 Feb - 24 Mar
Tuesday night: Beginner Level 2 - Intermediate Level 1, 8-9:30 pm, 20 Feb - 26 Mar
Wednesday night: Intermediate Level 2 - Advanced, 8-9:30 pm, 21 Feb - 27 Mar

Your session with internationally-trained Coach Diego and assistants will include a combination of: warm up/physical exercise, drills for passing, setting, serving, attacking; and/or some tactical knowledge of the game itself.

Tickets essential, numbers strictly limited, no walk ups will be accepted. Minimum numbers required to go ahead so please encourage friends to book in and come along!
