A Very Carterton Christmas

We are so excited to bring our community together for the third annual, A Very Carterton Christmas, carols in Carrington park!

This years event kicks off Sunday Dec 8th from 3.30pm (straight after the Christmas Parade!) which will make for a fantastic afternoon of festive fun.

We have the amazing Nick Tansley joining us again to lead community carols with a wide range of local groups joining him on stage; The Carterton Girl Guides, The Fern and Thistle Pipe Band, Idea Services, The Masterton Brass Band, Carterton and South end Kindy, Idea Services and Keep Carterton Beautiful.

We have free kids face painting and nail polish which we are super excited about - having this event free and accessible too all our community is so important to us, especially at what can be a busy and expensive time of the year!

Bring a picnic dinner down our support our local food vendors and purchase some kai at the park. There will also ice cream, bake sales, BBQs, food trucks and. . . Santa!

We would encourage you all to walk to the event if possible as parking will be limited and there are road closures planned around the Christmas parade.

It is a free event but we will have a Giving Tree set up for those who can to bring some non-perishable food along to go to the Carterton Foodbank.
