2024 NZ International Building Expo & Summit - Christchurch

The New Zealand International Building Expo & Summit (NZIBES) stands as a premier event dedicated to fostering connections within one of the fastest-growing segments in our country: the New Zealand and Chinese-speaking building and property community.

Initiated by the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA), NZIBES has evolved over eight years, transitioning from a feature of NZCBIA's annual conference to one of New Zealand's most significant industry events. In 2022, NZIBES expanded its reach to the South Island, hosting the Expo and Gala dinner for the first time in Christchurch in 2023.

This year, NZIBES is set to host its largest-ever event, featuring two-day Expo in Christchurch, aiming to bring more opportunities to the industry. Our theme for the 2024 NZIBES is "Capacity, Capability, Collaboration." For years, NZIBES has upheld the philosophy of "Collaborate Up for Success", dedicated to creating an efficient platform for information sharing, topic discussions, and resource sharing within the industry.
