For absolute beginners, or people wanting to get back into yoga.
This is a progressive course which builds our skills and practice with:
* breathing
* moving
* postures
* relaxation
* Plus some of the history, anatomy, principles and philosophy of yoga.

You will be guided with demos, as well as a guidebook, so you can understand your body functionally, and so you can breathe and move better in your life.
With easy to use practices to build strength and ease in your body - from the first class!

Work at your own pace - we are all unique.

A wonderful opportunity for some quality 'me' time, and on a deeper level, the chance to reconnect with yourself.
Yoga is a practical and holistic system for vibrant health of body, mind and soul.

It can be used as a powerful tool for transformation, or simply as a great way to improve physical wellbeing + to de-stress.
Yoga is perfect for improving posture, as well as being great for aches, old injuries, stress + anxiety, general fitness, and many (if not all!) health issues.
