YOGA en Francais - Francophonie and French Language week

Sue is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher since 1990. But she is really more than that for us.
Her expertise in human anatomy and physiology traces to years of teaching nursing students, as well as graduates, at polytechnics. She holds a Certificate in Adult Teaching, as well as a BSc and a PhD in biology.

You are in good hands!

What to Bring

Please bring yoga mat if you have one. Wear comfortable clothes,

Please note: Best to refrain from eating after 6 pm.
