Small’s paintings appear to be spectres of fading worlds, leaving only key parts visible. Taking inspiration from Small’s paintings on display in Strange Friends, create your own worlds of domestic and public spaces, populate them, and then paint portions of them away again, leaving a haunting and intriguing finished piece behind.
