Word – The Front Line SEMI-FINALS 2023!
It is the ten-year anniversary of Word – The Front Line, an inter High School poetry slam and the only creative battlefield of its kind in Aotearoa. Come along with your whānau and friends to celebrate the top 14 finalist teams step up to their front line. Check out the incredible poems and fresh voices that these young leaders, storytellers and changemakers will drop on the mic! We have two semi-final heats across two venues as they battle it out for a chance to compete at the Grand Slam!
This year the semi-finals will be in two different locations on two different dates.
