The Feelings Gym

Embark on a transformative journey with our Wellbeing Workouts. Designed to help you build mental and emotional fitness to live life more fully, and leave you feeling recharged and alive.

Each week you'll learn essential skills for wellbeing. Then we'll practice them until they become second nature - so you can actually use them in everyday situations. We do it together as a community, supporting one another in our unique journeys.

We'll explore topics such as mindfulness, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, and communication/ interpersonal skills.

Whether you're looking to:
- improve your confidence in groups
- recover from burnout
- handle conflict with more ease
- or bring more depth to your connections

We're here to equip you with the tools you need for what matters to you and guide you every step along the way.

In-Person sessions will be:

Thursdays 27 April, 4 May, 11 May, 18 May, 25 May, 1 June
6-8pm

Will it be hard?

Our programs are designed so you can choose the level of challenge that's right for you. Just like physical exercise, hopefully that sweet spot between "easy enough to try" and "challenging enough to develop the strength you want".

People frequently leave sessions feeling more energized than when they arrived.
