Volcanology Talk by Brad Scott, Volcanologist

The Friends of Taupō Museum are pleased to host a lecture by volcanologist Brad Scott on Sunday 27th August 2023 from 3.30pm.
This special talk will take place at Taupō Museum (Story Place) where Scott will discuss the recent volcanic activity specific to Rotorua/Taupo and his career with GNS Science, Te Pū Ao, New Zealand’s leading provider of Earth, geoscience and isotope research.
Entry for the talk is free for local Taupō District ratepayers and $5 for non-locals.
