Vector Lights for Matariki Festival 2023

Vector Lights with Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei are switching-on the Auckland Harbour Bridge to open Matariki Festival 2023 on Tuesday 11 July from 5pm to 7pm. Join us at Silo Park for a whānau-friendly experience, including free hot chocolates, smores and snacks from Kai Sisterz. Plus! Enjoy a live performance by Majic Paora (Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei).

The Vector Lights show represents the narrative of iwi partner Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei and the theme Ahi Kā roa (long burning fires). The six-minute show plays every 15 minutes from 6pm until midnight. See and hear the show narrative here.
