The Otago Settlers Association kicks off 2023’s Tuesday Club series and welcomes Dr Jennifer Cattermole from the Otago University’s School of Performing Arts.

Jennifer has been playing, making, teaching and learning about taonga pūoro (traditional Māori musical instruments) since 2012. In this interactive workshop, she’ll play and discuss several different types of taonga pūoro.

This session will be based around participants’ interests, and you’ll have a hands on opportunity to play these taonga.

This event begins with refreshments and an opportunity to chat with Otago Settlers Association members.
