Inglewood Nexans Fun Run/Walk Event Information
​​​​​​​Getting there

This event is at TOPEC, Hydro Road, south of Burgess Park. Please take extreme care when entering/ leaving Hydro Road from/to Main Highway.
Parking is available on site at Topec (carpool if possible).
Registration
ALL entrants must attend registration to receive their event number.
Registration is available at TOPEC Lodge from 8.30am.
Entry fees are $10.00 per person or $35.00 a family (2 adults, 3 children) until 6.00pm Friday 27 January.
Late entries will be available on the day at TOPEC Lodge for $15.00 for individuals and $40.00 for a family.
Start Times
Safety briefings will be held prior to the start of each event.
9.30am - 9.5km walk.
10.00am - 9.5km run, along with 2.2km, 5km run/walk.
Because of certain restrainers over bridge start times may be staggered depending on numbers.
Distances

Distances are approximate.
Courses are unfortunately not really pushchair friendly.
2.2km - probably the pick for young children/families and if you want to give a kids buggy a go.
5km flat - for those who can't manage the hills.
5km lake challenge - a good steady climb up to Lake Mangamahoe and back.
9.5km a combination of both 5km courses.
Water Stations
Water will be available on the course.
This is a CUP-FREE event - please bring your own vessel!
Prizegiving
Prizegiving will be held immediately after the last competitor has finished in front of the main lodge. ALL entrants go into the spot prize draw.
Enter early to go in the draw for one of two early bird prizes of $20.
Nexans travel prizes will be drawn at the last event on 26 February (Lake Rotokare). To qualify you must complete four or more events.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
