Thrive events are a quarterly offering to rest, reset, and renew.
Thrive events build the circuitry to Trust life, develop Healthy habits, Recharge your energy, listen to your Intuition, to feel Vibrant and Energised.
Our September event will draw on the energies of spring to activate your senses as we begin the renewal… It will offer four elements: Breath-work, drumming, EFT, Laughter and Sound healing
• 1) Through breath-work and shamanic drumming…
• 2) Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) you will learn to shift blocked energy as it addresses limiting beliefs.
• 3) There’s a lot of fun brewing inside each and every one of us; sometimes it just needs a little help to be brought out. In addition to lifting our spirits and giving a sense of connection to those around us, laughter has a multitude of healing benefits.
• 4) The vibration from crystal bowls will relax and re-calibrate you at a cellular level. The experience will resonate within your body to assist and integrate the shift that will take place. The vibrations from the sound bowls will stay in your body for up to 3 days continuing the healing experience.
You will leave feeling joy in your heart, love in your body, peace in your soul – ready to take on tasks more efficiently.
**Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water bottle and a sense of curiosity.
Your passionate facilitators:
Tomo Takaku is a beautiful healer. Through her guidance in breathwork, people are able to tune in to their deepest feelings and reach an inner clarity of their true essence.
Anne Barrowman is a channel, psychic, crystal bowl alchemist who communicates with animals. She uses crystal alchemy bowls to activate healing powers, working with the vibrational alignment of the time period and also the group collective.
Teresa Dana’s curiosity drives her to see beyond barriers that have kept her stuck. Through a series of gifts, the Universe threw her way she is a firm believer that we can heal from anything. Teresa has decided to make a concerted effort to be more playful.
Sonja Courtis – a bio-compass and EFT practitioner – is trained in the latest scientific processes for finding the root causes of symptoms that lead to illness and disease. Through knowledge and 20 years of experience in the latest quantum scientific tools, Sonja has a knack for helping people unlock and overcome limiting subconscious beliefs. Her passion is assisting people to live life in alignment by feeling Authentic, Courageous and in an Elevated vibe (ACE).
