Liz Mitchell, MNZM, is New Zealand’s leading bespoke fashion designer, reimagining, revaluing, and restoring New Zealand wool as the world’s best sustainable natural fibre.

Liz will be showcasing her wool felt couture on the runway at iD Dunedin Fashion 2023.

She is a brand partner with the campaign for Wool NZ and is helping to promote design innovation and new thinking with our wool.

Liz’s mission is to see this untapped resource used in every home and showcased in the built environment, realising economic and environmental benefits for everyone across the supply chain. In this free public talk, hear from Liz about her journey to promote New Zealand strong wool in new and inventive designs.
