The Learn How to Barbecue Barbecue Class

Have you just discovered the joy of solid fuel cooking? Or maybe are you thinking about buying your first charcoal or wood fueled barbecue? If so, this is the class for you!

This is our novice class and is aimed at those just starting out in their barbecue journey. We pass on some great barbecue fundamentals to get you well on your way to mastering your grill.

In addition to covering some barbecue essentials, we'll be cooking pork ribs, striploin and pulled lamb.

Nibbles' and snacks also provided. You will not be going home hungry!!

All our classes are New Zealand Barbecue Alliance Certified.
