In this exhibition Māori and Pasifika artists from Māpura Studios share individual responses and experiences in response to the theme of social cohesion.

The history of navigation is in our whakapapa; what can we take from that skill set to navigate our lives today? To navigate the tides of our changing lives we have to do it with others.

We all belong to this wider community of Tāmaki Makaurau, by sharing our works we encourage everyone to embrace and respect the diversity of our voices.

This exhibition will be held over the whole month of June in several different library locations across Tāmaki Makaurau.
