Unleash your inner superhero in this fun, safe programme in stage combat with an experienced fight choreographer! You’ll learn unarmed and armed stage combat techniques and practise a choreographed fight!

Learning stage combat is a fun and unique way to build physical confidence, get a great workout and unleash your super hero alter ego!

Students will learn how to use their bodies to tell a story physically; how to safely perform combat manoeuvres using visual illusions and timing; and how collaborate with fight partners to choreograph movements.
