Summer Spectacular

Browns Bay beach and reserve is a beautiful summer destination! Come along to our free family festival on Saturday 4 March 2023, and bring your friends and whanau for a day at the seaside.

Lots of activities between 10am and 3pm including:

~ giant inflatable obstacle course
~ games
~ Heart of the Bays ToyVan
~ bouncy castles
~ beach activities
~ face painting
~ kids’ pony rides (10am-2pm. Gold coin donation)

Outstanding local artists will perform on stage between 3pm and 7pm. Guaranteed to get the party started, Red Tonik will be first up. Popular and versatile covers band with an extensive play list of classic hits and sing-along party anthems. They will be followed by Rewind, an experienced group of musicians/vocalists who play classic dance hits including favourites spanning the 60s, 70s and 80s.

This event is funded by Browns Bay businesses and Hibiscus & Bays Local board, so we encourage you to support our town centre shops, restaurants and cafes while you’re in town. Grab some takeaways or book your favourite restaurant at the beach so you don’t miss out.
