Donna Dean is a triple Tui Award recipient,
subject of the award winning documentary
film 'The Sound of Her Guitar’ and a South
Auckland local. She will be playing solo at a
release concert for her nineth album, 'Kisses
and Other things’. The album shares tracks
with exceptional women artists including
Grammy nominee Eliza Gilkyson, Sami sisters
Anji and Priya, Liv Cochrane and Kylie Price.
Spanning more than three decades, Donna's live
performance and recordings include an 'A' list
of credits including The Amazing Rhythm Aces,
Jimmy Webb, Dan Penn, Spooner Oldham, Gurf
Morlix, Albert Lee, Amos Garrett, Redd Volkaert
and Don McLean and more.
