Self-defence is an essential skill that can help individuals stay safe in a range of situations.

With this in mind, we are excited to announce that our self-defence classes will be starting soon.

Our classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 5 pm, and we would love for you to join us. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience in self-defence, our classes are designed to help you develop a range of skills that will boost your confidence and keep you safe.

Our instructors are experienced, qualified and passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to defend themselves in any situation. We offer comprehensive training in practical and effective techniques that are suitable for individuals of all skill levels.
