Welcome to Self Care Sunday!
With over 20 years' experience in bodywork, therapy and self care, Sharl from Umoya Love will educate you on the importance of love touch, affirmations and self care while making your own body and skin care products to take home. With special gifts to take home as well, this is sure to be a fun experience.

You will be guided through natural ingredients to best suit your skin type. Also, you will be guided through finding out what skin type you have. Once the theory has been explained you will be provided with different recipes and encouraged to mix your own skin care masks to take home for use. An application demonstration will also be done.
