This event is part of Conservation Week 2023 - www.conservationweek.org.nz

Come along to Potato Point, Pūrākaunui and take action for nature this conservation week! Enjoy a day in the sun with ocean views, getting your hands dirty and help restore the area!

We have two planting days available, weather dependent:
Wednesday 16th August, 10am-3pm
Saturday 19th August, 10am-3pm

The Halo Project have 9000 plants to plant at Potato Point this season, to continue the reforestation from plantings from the last 3 years. Come and give us a hand!

We provide everything you need to get the plants in the ground, but please wear closed-toe shoes and wear weather appropriate clothing. Hot drinks and biscuits are provided on the Wednesday and a sausage sizzle is provided on the Saturday!

Please email jeanne@haloproject.org.nz to confirm your spot (and sausage)
