Pole Fitness Level One is a 6-week course designed for individuals of all fitness levels, who want to try pole for the first time
In this course you will learn the basic spins and transitions, how to climb and sit on the pole. Pole classes are a fun and challenging way to improve upper body and core strength, muscle memory, body awareness, all over flexibility, stamina and overall fitness.
This course will be run by a student instructor as part of her sport science degree, Lou has over two years of pole and will be combining her knowledge of sport science and pole to bring a well balances class. This course will be run as close to High Above Pole fitness level one format as possible. Please only enrol if you are conformable with a student instructor as well as university tutor being present to review the instructor one of the six weeks.
Level: Absolute Beginners (no fitness or dance experience needed).
What to wear: Shorts and t-shirt.
