Panhead Presents Grill Seekers

The Village Inn, Sumner, is super-stoked to host Upper Hutt OG's, Panhead Custom Ales, right here in our near-the-beach beer mecca, as we host the South Island’s first Grill Seekers Roadside BBQ.
Join the Panhead crew on Sunday July 30th, as they bring their mates, Chur Bol BBQ for an afternoon of expertly grilled and smoked low n’ slow cuisine from one of the hottest food trucks in New Zealand, expertly matched to Panhead’s boutique bogan brews.

The ultimate day for craft loving carnivores, Grill Seekers is Panhead’s roving road trip, hunting down the best food and beer spots here in NZ. We’ll be pouring three of the finest from their current line-up, including their freshest Custom Can release – Uncertain-T – a non-traditional cream ale packed full of cherry and vanilla, which will be serving up ice cream float style for those with a sense of ale-based adventure!

Chur Bol BBQ, travelling pit masters all the way from Nelson will be putting on a show too, with a mean as menu ft. their trademark 12 hour smoked brisket and 8 hour pulled pork!

And if you don’t think the day can get much better, how does some live rock and roll and the rumble of muscle cars sound?

We’re not doing things by half measure here at The Village Inn, so you’ll also get to witness a dazzling display of chrome as Muscle Car Madness park up their fleet of hot rods, muscle cars and rat rods, for a little shine.
