Paint Pouring for beginners - Flowers, Blooms & Swirls

Have you ever heard of Paint Pouring? It’s basically creating art by pouring paint onto a canvas. However, it is not that simple! In this class I will show you how to create your own paint pouring medium you add to the paint in order for it to flow the way it should when you create a paint pour artwork.

The painting you create will include flowers/blooms and swirls.

There are also different ways in which you can pour the paint. Each way creates a different effect. This is a 3 hour art class, however we should be finished with 30 minutes left to look around at what everyone else has created and chat to others if you are already finished. A demonstration will be given and you will all receive your own canvas and materials you need to create your mixture ready to pour. It will get messy so wear old clothes and bring disposable gloves if you prefer to work that way. It’s a great way to meet new friends with a common interest.

Location for this art class will be at The Arts Centre, City Centre.

This is perfect for beginners who don’t know how to paint. Anyone can do it at any age adults and children are welcome in this art class.
It’s a messy process but in the end you will walk away with a beautiful, colorful painting you created ready to hang on your wall once dry. You will also know how to mix your own pouring medium and will reduce costs greatly should you want to do it again at home.
