PaeRangi Indigenous Social Enterprise Forum

PaeRangi is a 2-day celebration of Māori Business innovation and ingenuity. PaeRangi is the horizon – the line where earth meets the sky and where the fire of the sun rises at the water’s edge. PaeRangi is where all elements join and create a virtual, visual pathway to our future. PaeRangi Indigenous Social Enterprise Forum is more than an event. It is the horizon of a new movement to connect, innovate and transform the Māori Business Space.

PaeRangi - Indigenous Social Enterprise Forum. The main event of PaeRangi, the forum, is inspired by the element of earth – grounding us and paying homage to what sustains and nurtures our development. Masterclass sessions throughout the day will explore critical success factors for Māori Business growth and development.

- Māori Marketplace will run throughout our forum programme. A showcase of indigenous talent, the Market will give you the chance to tangibly support local Māori businesses and the growth of the Māori economy.
- Toi-te-huta is our platform to nurture the growth of start up and micro enterprise. Inspired by the element of air, Toi-te-huta is the seed that is planted and nourished by the elements to breathe life back into our environment. We invite applicants to pitch for seed / growth funding and a comprehensive package of wrap-around support to cultivate their business.

There are 3 events, including:

- Our opening night, Ahi Kōmai - Māori voices to entertain, invigorate and inspire.
- Our main event, PaeRangi, the forum, is inspired by the element of earth – grounding us and paying homage to what sustains and nurtures our development.
- The exclusive closing dinner, Pātaka Kai.
