NZ Eid Day | Wellington | Eid al Fitr 2023

Get ready for a day of non-stop fun and excitement with your friends and family at New Zealand Eid Day! It's a bi-annual event that brings together all the Muslim ethnicity in Wellington to celebrate in style.

From games to food stalls, featuring cuisines from over 35 different ethnicity that make up the Muslim community, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Not to mention the amazing educational displays and diverse cultural performances that will take place on stage throughout the day.

Eid is just around the corner, taking place on either the 22nd or 23rd of April (Saturday/Sunday) depending on the sighting of the moon.

Eid Salah: 9:00am

Event ends: 3:30pm
