**Please note that the June 6th Session has been cancelled. All other weeks are on as normal**

Join us for 6-weeks of koha yoga as we help you build your own personalised practice to support a flexible and healthy nervous system.
Like any part of our mind-body, our nervous system can become stuck in extremes that impact many aspects of our lives.
Maybe you feel vigilant, ready to fight or flee even even when you're safe?
Or perhaps you struggle to mobilise the energy to act and make progress on things that inspire you?
Gratefully, the practice of yoga - specifically movement and breath and a felt-sense of various nervous system states - supports me to find flexibility in my nervous system, and more fulfilment in my day to day life.

You'll come away from this series with your own āsana practice that you can use at home, and tools to utilise movement and breath to support nervous system health, whether you're in need of calm and relaxation or stimulation and energy.

These koha classes are available to all - Simply RSVP to the Facebook page and show up on the day! https://www.facebook.com/events/242999924886472/242999934886471/?active_tab=about
[Note that we strongly encourage attending all 6 sessions, as each week we'll build on the previous week!]

Age and Ability Level: All levels and ages are welcome, though please reach out to Ben ahead of time if you have any concerns or mobility issues for a chat about how we can best support you.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, clothes suitable for a practice that may build some sweat and heat, but layers so you can stay cosy and warm at the beginning and end of class. We'll be in a beautiful, plant-filled setting, but it may get chilly before and after moving, so wrap up!

About Ben: Ben has been a committed practitioner of yoga since 2012. He studies, practices and teaches in the Ashtanga Yoga and Embodied Flow traditions. Having experienced the ever-deepening benefits of practice in his own life, he is passionate about offering others the opportunity to learn and integrate yoga practice in their own lives in a way that works for them.
