Let yourself be soothed and calmed in this guided indoor 'moon bathing' session.
For centuries, natural health and medicine have known the soothing rays of the moonlight to be relaxing and calming for the mind, to regulate natural bodily rhythms and provide revitalizing energy. This indoor moon bathing session will be inspired by the natural healing properties of the moon with a yoga nidra focus. Simply relax, listen and be guided through the soothing simulation of an outdoor moon bathing yoga nidra session with Rasi.
We provide mats, blankets & eye pillows. Dress for comfort, BYO blanket for extra warmth (optional) and a yoga mat if you want to add extra comfort as you will be lying down during the 60min session.
Monday 28th August 6.15pm-7.15pm.
Followed by a plant-based dinner.
Starts at 6.15pm sharp please come 5-10min early so we can start on time. We cannot let anyone in after 6.20pm.
