Experience mid-winter Christmas in Greytown this year, with a 3-course meal at the prestigious 1860 Restaurant. Indulge in a variety of dishes, prepared exquisitely by our highly regarded Austrian chef.

Be welcomed with a chef's recipe mulled wine, infused with orange, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and brandy - Gluwein as the Austrians call it.

Entree: thin-sliced fresh fish ceviche marinated with lemon, coconut, and coriander served on crispy tortilla chips.

Main course: Lamb fillet cooked to perfection served with pumpkin risotto, toasted pumpkin seeds, blueberries, and sauce demi glaze.

Dessert: traditional Christmas eggnog tiramisu with chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
