Catchball is a team sport derived from volleyball in which the ball is caught and thrown rather than hit. The sport was started in Israel, and was designed to be a simple version of volleyball for women to play. It is now played in over 50 countries including New Zealand.
The sport brings women together to get active, have fun and make friends in a supportive environment.
There is no charge to come along and give it a try.
