Where: Whangaparāoa Library’s Pōhutukawa Room
2. Anatomy of an Upset: this talk will explain where ‘upset’ and ‘drama’ comes from, why and how not to do it, and how best to deal with it . A process will be demonstrated that can be used to restore oneself to peace of mind and body rather than remaining sad, angry, or anxious.
When: Friday, 3 Nov 2023 at 11am
Where: Whangaparāoa Library’s Pōhutukawa Room
3. Time is Not Toxic: this seminar explores the attitudes and beliefs we have about ageing and dying, and how they affect our quality of life. The importance of optimised breathing to our healthy longevity will also be addressed. Two practical skills for this will be taught.
