Mt Eden - Weekend intensive

Meditation: A Sunday Introductory Free W/shop
When: July 9th, 9:00am – 12:00 noon
Where: 93 Dominion Road, Mt Eden. We’re adjacent to the Target Furniture building, on the corner with Tawari Street.

Welcome to an informative Sunday morning session covering the ABC’s of learning meditation. The 3 hour w/shop will share the essential steps in mastering this lifeskill and has the sole purpose of bringing the benefits of meditation into everyone's lives. It shares a wide range of effective exercises and will help you to navigate your way through the challenges of developing a successful personal practice, offering an overview ranging from introductory, mind calming techniques through to more advanced methods aimed at deepening the meditation
experience.

Like different pathways up the same mountain, the differing techniques of meditation lead to the same destination of self-discovery, and an overview of these methods and paths will help you in developing an understanding of your own best practice.

Guided instruction will take you through breathe exercises, mantras, visualization, heart centre techniques and introduce the four pillars of yoga. Information about ongoing, further advanced free sessions will be available on the Sunday.

Registration is encouraged to ensure seating - respond here, or text name/number

Admission is free for all the classes and workshops, however, please pre-register by texting your registration/further inquiries to Jogyata 022 188 7432 or register on our website.
