Have you ever wanted to try out an improv class, but feel like you just want to dip your toes in first before you commit?
Now is your chance!
Meegwai is offering a winter improv taster class for folks who have always wanted to try improv, folks who don’t have time to commit to a full course, or folks who hadn’t thought of it, but are reading this and think, ‘yes! I hadn’t thought of it before, but that’s exactly something I would like to try!’
Who are your teachers? Canadians based in Christchurch since 2012, Derek and Michi Flores have team-taught improv, comedy and connection for 10+ years, all over the world. Derek has a long career as a comedian and improviser and Michi has a background in sketch comedy, clown, stand-up and theatre making.
They use their combined skills and experience to facilitate the joy of play, spontaneity, and storytelling.
