This tour visits 7 of the 26 Hopststock venues, running for approximately 6.5 hours.
Meet at a central Wellington Hopstock venue, then jump on a private bus and venture out to the suburbs.
Taste the harder to reach Hopstock beers in style! We'll be visiting:
Stop 1: Choice Bros Ghuznee St
Stop 2: Baylands Taproom
Stop 3: Sprig & Fern Petone
Stop 4: Abandoned Taproom
Stop 5: The Beer Engine
Stop 6: Kelburn Village Pub
Stop 7: The Hudson
Approximately 30 minutes will be spent in each venue, enough time to enjoy a tasting-sized glass of their special Hopststock beer (included in price).
Some venues will have more than one fresh hop beer - you'll have time to taste them too but extra beers are not included in the price.
This tour features:
- The Hopststock Beers of 7 Hopstock venues (decent & responsible tasting sizes).
- A private bus will be used to get between the venues.
- Finger food to keep your tummies from rumbling will be provided at two of the locations.
- A couple of lovely and informative guides from Craft Beer Captial, providing continual dialog about the bars/breweries/beers.
- Camaraderie and good times.
- Spot prizes along the way
Meet at 1pm at Choice Bros on Ghuznee, where your guides will be waiting for you. Don't worry about printing off your tickets, we'll have a list!
We will provide Hopststock stampable trail cards for you to start your Hopststock stamp collection, or you can bring your own if you’ve already got a head start on us! These seven venues will get you around halfway to completing your Hopststock trail card.
