Want to have fun while learning to formulate and distil your own gin recipe?

Join us for a leisurely 3 hour session that includes a delicious lunch and 700ml bottle of your gin to take home.

Start by exploring gin’s key botanicals and unique flavours through touch, taste and smell. Then learn the fundamentals of creating a gin recipe from scratch.

Next, use your new knowledge to design your own gin formula. We'll help you at every step with expert guidance and starter recipes to add your own unique touch to. Then you'll measure our your gin botanicals, load your still and fire her up. A delicious lunch is supplied for you to enjoy as your gin gently drips from your still.

Finally you'll personalise your label and add to your very own bottle of gin. Taste and compare notes with your classmates before heading home with your gin.
