Wellington City Council presents Gardens Magic 2023, bringing you the iconic Gardens Magic Concert Series, a Light Display, and a Kids Garden Trail.
The Gardens Magic Concert Series will fill our summer nights with the sounds of the capital’s vivacious talent, set in the Botanic Gardens ki Paekākā Soundshell, 10-29 Jan, Tues - Sun evenings, 8pm-9.15pm.
Come early to grab a good picnic spot and stay after to take in the stunning Light Display.
As the sun sets see the gardens transform with a magical light display by MJF Lighting. Self-explore, 10-29 Jan, 9pm-10.30pm, daily.
Enjoy a free, fun summer’s day out with the kids exploring the Kids Garden Trail. Join our Space Explorer in her voyage discovering the remarkable plants and animals of the Botanic Garden. Pick up a Mission Report activities sheet at the Tree House or Space Place. 10-29 Jan, 10am-5pm, daily.
