While driving on a rugged mountain road, Vincent's car breaks down, temporarily interrupting his frantic lifestyle. Pierre has distanced himself from the modern world, living in the middle of sublime nature. While Vincent waits for his car trouble to be sorted, Pierre offers him a place to stay.
While Vincent and Pierre initially struggle to see eye to eye, they eventually find themselves wondering...deep down, are they really each living the lives they want to live?
