Folkinfusion
Folkinfusion was established four years ago by Margi Ferguson and Tracey Hutchison. They are now thrilled to be a trio, after Renee McGinnis joined Folkinfusion last year. Renee had played with Folkinfusion on and off since the beginning, so having Renee join the group was a natural progression.

Various instruments are explored by the Folkinfusion gals, including guitar, a selection of bass including 1/4 bass, electric and U-bass, ukulele (all sizes- baritone, tenor, concert and soprano (banjolele) ), melodica, percussion and harmonica.

Folkinfusion love to folkify many different covers, but also write their own individual songs which they perform as a group. Folk, Country, Bluegrass, Americana, Bluesy Jazz and other genres all get a look in during our sets.

All of us love the journey music has taken us on and continue to evolve our sound. We are very grateful for the fabulous folk we meet along the way, and the fun collaborations that come from our expanding skills.
