Papakura Art Gallery warmly invites you to celebrate the opening of 'Fepotalanoa‘aki pea mo ‘eku fanga kui by ‘Uhila Moe Langi Nai.

The title of this exhibition speaks metaphorically to the idea of kupesi as a way to connect with past generations. By drawing on the concept of unfolding kupesi forms and learning about their individual characteristics, ‘Uhila Moe Langi Nai has begun a process of mapping and sharing the histories and memories carried within materials, processes, methods, and land. First shown at Blue Oyster Arts Project Space in Ōtepoti, this is the second iteration of this project.

Refreshments will be available, and the event will start at 10:30 am.
The gallery will remain open until 2:00 pm.

There is no charge to attend and no registration is required.
This event is wheelchair accessible and whānau friendly.
