Sitting a lot? Join me to workshop how yoga can help both at & away from your desk. Reset posture, manage stress & increase energy. Take home practices to weave into your everyday & build a healthy relationship with your desk.
Some activities will be done in a chair (imitating your desk / chair time), & others standing or lying. Rather than one continuous class, we’ll explore mini sessions like you might use at home or work & have time for discussion. The yoga poses and corrective exercise component will include activities for fingers, wrists, shoulders, neck, back, eyes, core, hips & bottom!
Come for an experience to reconsider life at your desk and learn activities to build into your everyday (with notes to take home).
