Nia is an easy to move dance/healing fusion driven by joy and feeling great in your body, suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike.
Such a beautiful way to raise funds for our friends in affected areas
Hang out afterwards in the Te Whaea plaza to enjoy some hot chai, refreshing 6 Barrel Soda Sparkling Water drops & local nibbles together.
We have chosen a very personal direction for the funds raised - to the Give a Little Page for the family of little Ivy.
