Children's Day is an event all about celebrating our Tamariki. This event is one of the largest community events in Christchurch, typically reaching 15,000+ attendees. The event occurs on the first Sunday in March every year.
Join us on Sunday 5 March 2023 as we celebrate Children’s Day,
This free community event runs from 11am till 3pm in the Christchurch Red Zone (152 New Brighton Road). The day is about having fun, learning and gaining information. More importantly, parents and caregivers don’t have to say NO, as all activities are free.
We have activities ranging from Mini Jeep rides, Bumper boats, Pony Rides, Bouncy castles and so much more!
Limited food stalls will be available to purchase some yummy food. We do encourage families to bring along a picnic lunch and enjoy our live performances.
