Ben Chavasse w/ Elisa

Ben Chavasse is a folk/indie-rock artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland. Currently working on his first singles, he has been writing and working on his debut releases since moving to the city in 2017. His influences are drawn from an eclectic mix of artists from Tiny Ruins and Tom Waits to Angel Olsen and Alex G and blending genres like indie, punk, and jazz. This will be his debut show in Tāmaki Makaurau.

Elisa is an up-and-coming New Zealand-bred muso. As a Jazz graduate, she has plenty of sounds up her sleeve. Rachel has gathered techniques from her degree to give unique and compelling performances.
Aside from building her solo career, she has worked with various local musicians such as Nathan Haines, Kedu Carlo and the Exploding Rainbow Orchestra, who she performed with at the most recent Silver Scrolls Awards. Apart from her collaborations, she recently released her first single ‘Despondent’ and has more music in the works to be released over the coming months!
